You make our brand visible in the scene – with content that sticks, builds trust, and ultimately drives sales.

YOUR ROLE
Content & Social
· Plan and produce content (photo / video / stories)
· Develop campaigns that truly resonate with riders
· Grow and strengthen our social channels
· Think content all the way through to sales (bundles, affiliate, cross-sell)

Influencers
· Work with creators from the scene
· Build relationships, not just deals
· Understand what works – and what doesn’t

Community
· Organize our participation in relevant events
· Drive traffic from the community into the webshop

WHAT YOU BRING
· Experience in social media
· Ideally experience in e-commerce
· Strong connection to the adventure / dual-sport motorcycle world
· A strong sense for good content and trends
· Hands-on mindset: execution over administration

OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT (80–100%, m/f/d)

You move fast, think on your feet, and don’t have patience for half-finished work?

YOUR MISSION
You make sure that orders, customer requests, and all operational processes run smoothly in the background – fast, correct, and without unnecessary drama.

YOUR ROLE
Operations & Orders
· You process orders (webshop, dealers, importers)
· You handle issues around deliveries, payments, and returns
· You coordinate with warehouse and shipping

Customer Support
· You respond to customer inquiries (email & social media DMs)
· You support dealers with operational questions
· You stay solution-oriented and get straight to the point

Logistics
· You manage logistics and inventory levels
· You maintain product data and pricing in the system
· You keep data and processes clean and up to date

WHAT YOU BRING
· Connection to the adventure / dual-sport motorcycle world
· Fluent in German and English
· Fast learner with a clear and structured mindset
· Comfortable using Excel for everything our ERP can’t handle
· Strong customer focus without getting lost in individual cases
· Hands-on mentality: doing instead of discussing
· Structured, reliable way of working

SHOPIFY OPERATIONS & GROWTH (20–40%, m/f/d)

You are technically skilled, but you don’t think only in code – you think in results?
You don’t just want to run a shop, you want to make it sell?
You learn new tools quickly, find solutions instead of excuses, and you’re excited to take responsibility for our entire e-commerce setup?
Then keep reading.

YOUR MISSION
You ensure that our Shopify stores run smoothly from a technical perspective, that all data is correct – and that traffic actually turns into revenue.

YOUR ROLE
Shopify Ownership
· You take technical responsibility for our stores
· You keep setup, structure, and performance clean and stable
· You fix bugs (themes, Liquid, apps)
· You further develop our app stack – lean and functional

Product Data & Content
· You ensure all product data is correct and up to date
· You push data from our ERP system into the shops
· You coordinate translations with external partners
· You replicate content (events, dealers, blog, etc.) across all shops

Conversion & Sales
· You implement cross-selling, upselling, and bundles on a technical level
· You manage affiliate and tracking setups
· You optimize the shop with a strong focus on conversion

WHAT YOU BRING
· Experience in e-commerce, ideally Shopify
· Technical know-how (themes, apps, ideally Liquid)
· Interest in conversion and sales optimization
· Structured, clean, and reliable way of working
· Hands-on mentality: do, test, improve

You don’t need to be a senior. Either you already have the detailed technical skills – or you learn them quickly.
